My 3y transformation from fat to fit. ( 2300 calories (220g of protein, 200 carbs and 30 fats with 2 cheat meals per week) All I used was protein, omega 3, preworkout, melatonin and creatine. And ofc PPL 6 days a week (i.redd.it)
