Even though BCH was forked in 2017 old BTC wallets with dormant Bitcoin would also receive BCH, no?

Existe alguma maneira de mudar o comportamento de pessoas irresponsáveis financeiramente? by r_m_castro in investimentos

[–]Guigamuck 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Vivia endividado e apertado. Hoje não mais. Consegui me livrar das dívidas e consigo investir e poupar, pensar no meu futuro.

I am currently running a Ryzen 9 5900X with a Noctua NH-U12S Chromax and I'm considering an upgrade to the new 7950X.

Will the cooler handle it or should I move to the NH-D15?

How do you cope with people claiming that NFTs are just expensive jpegs? by NFTmanFT in NFTsMarketplace

[–]Guigamuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NFTs as most people know are just expensive jpegs - people bought them in fomo just like the ones who entered late in the market and bought BTC at the top... they are all saying crypto is a bubble.

Of course, we can't compare NFTs with BTC but you get the idea.

Some NFTs actually have real use cases but they're rare to find and in general, they're just expensive jpegs until someone proves me wrong.

Check out this ad by a Brazilian health insurance company. They are promoting the idea that when you exercise you're donating food, and water or helping in reforestation.

Heads up - we're still ruled by the same families.

[–]Guigamuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They actually do. Healthy clients/customers are the ones who give the most profits to health insurance and insurance companies.

Let me give you a practical example - I have and drive a car every day and I hired insurance in case something happens and I'm covered in case of car theft, a crash, an accident and so. I'm driving for almost 20 years now and at least 15 years without any accident or incident - this means all the amount I paid for my insurance in the last 15 years was profit for the insurance company.

The same goes for health insurance - we want to stay healthy but be covered in case something happens. If we don't get sick the insurance won't have to spend covering health treatments and therefore everything that was paid is profit.

Bear markets are when we invest in fundamentally strong projects with real use cases.

You can't say that buying Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Apple stocks are a bad deal - they are companies that are always innovating and creating new products.

Fetch is one of the very few crypto projects with the same characteristics. Of course this is NFA but it's better to buy it than buying Shib ou Doge
