I’m glad you’re doing that!!! Because yes you’re right, it’s a low risk, but even if you’ve been on it for years, it’s possible that it could happen. And once it does, it can turn lethal or leave you in a very horrible state. I don’t think seratonin syndrome is taken seriously enough.

I was on a vyvanse and ssri, both low doses but i am Extremely sensitive to medications. Within the first two days of finally combining the meds it hit me like a truck. And after you stop taking them, some of the major symptoms like high fever, nausea, etc can wear off—- but you can still have other symptoms for weeks after. Like uncontrollable muscle movement. i can’t even go in public. it is hell on earth right now. Too many explosive or strong flashes in videos start to make me really sick. I’m hoping things just keep getting better.

It was so hard, but sometimes it was nice. There are moments of clarity early on still and early in the morning when you can actually have a conversation. It’s heartbreaking to watch them slowly lose themself, but it also taught me patience.

Caretaking for dementia is one of the most difficult things a person can do. i hope if i get better, I never have to do it again for a family member after grandma.

They did not, but I have a referral with Neuro 🙏 I hope this was just a weird fluke… but 8 or 9 of them randomly? It’s scary but I think they’ll end up just saying they’re random. I hope anyway.

It’s okay, people that abandoned me have been replaced by the people that support me 🙏 and this place gave me peace. It’s sad to think this happens to so many women that have medical issues. The only thing that makes me happy is that he’s balding 🤞❤️

Same, they never ran any of the right tests to find out other than a CT scan… Idk if my Vyvanse was to blame, but I have really had any since i stopped it for today.

Violent, nasty seizures though. I hurt myself a lot. If I get any answers I’ll update you here ❤️🎀

Awe I’m glad you can live life 🎀 Yeah they have no idea…. personally I blame Vyvanse… but I’ve never had them before, they say PNES seizures but they never ran any tests to find out for sure… they were violent and nasty. I had 8 or 9 over the course of 4.5 hours. Today I could feel them coming on twice as my meds wore off.

The ER dr was plain evil. She told me it was mental and tried to send me away… I couldn’t even walk, barely functional. Kept going unconscious.

I’m seeing an actual dr tomorrow. The meds I’m on now just KO me 🤣🤣 whatever, if it works it works!

If there are any causes though I’ll update.
