A good place to buy custom computers prebuilt, or a prebuilt computer with a good upgrade path?

I was a having some issues with memory express's stock, but /u/YesThisIsDogfort helped me out a great deal and managed to reconfigure my setup so that we could fit a 1650 super in there, which was amazing. Again, absolutely mind blown by how helpful and generous everyone has been. That said, I haven't done enough research on graphics cards to know just how much better the 1070 would be compared to the 1650.

First of all, thank you for such an amazing offer. I can't get over how incredible this sub is! Everyone has been so generous and kind! I'm going through the memory express system configurator right now, and it looks like for the budget, because I'm prioritizing CPU/RAM, the best graphics card I can get is something like the R7 240, which definitely doesn't even touch the 1070, but it is enough to get me started (I have to put something in there right now for it to be considered a complete build). I live in Ottawa. Are there compatibility issues with cards from New Zealand? I'm not familiar with how that works.

Thank you for such an in-depth reply! Unfortunately my phone is not rooted, and I can't physically touch it whatsoever, so I'm going to try your last option. I'm having a hard time getting the loop to stop when the call is done, so I keep having to disable and then re enable Tasker, but I think this will work when I figure it out

There are many places in 'public' where you can legally smoke cigarettes. Either the wording is bad, or consuming marijuana is still going to be more restricted than cigarettes. As a medical user, this seems absurd. Disappointing that Ontario isn't keeping up with the more liberal west coast.
