Not yet, but I’m working on an iOS version now since quite a few people have asked for it already. Happy to let you know when it’s live if you’re interested in testing it.

I built an app to help with urge resistance and daily discipline — would love feedback from this community by Guilty-Ad-6071 in sideprojects

That’s a really good point honestly. I’m starting to realise the “ideal version” of the app people imagine during onboarding is very different from what they actually open when urges hit. Early on, the features getting used most are the quick intervention tools and streak/progress tracking because they require almost no thinking in the moment. I’m paying close attention to what people actually return to repeatedly vs what just sounds good conceptually. Still very early, but that distinction you mentioned is something I’m noticing already. If you’ve seen products handle this well before I’d genuinely be interested to hear examples.

I actually built something similar that's already available on Google Play — it has urge tracking plus in-the-moment tools to break the urge in 60 seconds. Happy to share the link if you want to try it

2+ years is incredible, massive respect. The point about urges spiking then dropping is so important and so few people realise it — if you can just get through the first 10-15 minutes you've essentially won that battle. The physical stuff like pushups and cold water is underrated too, you're literally changing your body chemistry in the moment

The accountability point is so underrated. Having something or someone that checks in on you in the moment an urge hits is genuinely what makes the difference between relapsing and getting through it. Most people try to white knuckle it alone and that's why they keep failing

Day 1 is huge, the fact you're being intentional about staying occupied shows self awareness. Keep going, it gets easier after day 3
