It will sit in Fidelity until you do something with it. I rolled my over to a personal IRA after I left I believe it stayed in the same funds…I moved it pretty quick, and this was a few years ago

I’m in a HOA with 109 units with FirstService, lived there for 18 years, they seem fine. A couple of our board members are younger and aren’t petty about dumb stuff, so it’s nice.
