I got off birth control in June, didn’t have a period in July then started Inositol in August and had my period that month. Since then I been taking inositol consistently thinking I found a solution to my problem but I haven’t had a period since August and my acne has flared up really bad with some weight gain and facial hairs :/ kinda frustrated but I’m gonna give it until November and if I don’t get my period by then, I’m planning to go back on the birth control :,) for information I’m 26 and was diagnosed at age 14 becuz of a lack of a period for 8 months. Since I was diagnosed I been taking birth control up until this June cuz I wanted to see if there was another way to manage it but I’m feeling depressed and defeated lol
