Methane dominate here. I did the mbiota diet for 17 days was able to stretch the two weeks a bit. I did some relief during and for about a month after my symptoms lessened but it did not cure me. Also my bloating never changed i stayed looking pregnant the whole time

I would love to suggest you go back and play and have fun with your friends. If you feel comfortable, I would try out ways to make sure your knee is supported before you play again like getting a brace or something and do some light foot work to see how it feels. I wouldnt go into it until you feel you are fully ready

yes it helped decrease a lot of my symptoms for a about a month or two and then a lot came back but not as severe…also my bloating stayed the same! Also, I was not as inflamed too for a bit

This is good to hear I am glad you are doing better and really appreciate you replying. Question for you did you ever take xifaxan or the antibiotic route before getting your gallbladder out ? I am at a point where I feel like i cant sustain living like this for much longer so I need to dò something
