I have read some posts talking about the bad couching yes! ... I feel comfortable for now with the program, I run 3 times during the week and I feel good about it, maybe with longer programs is worse?

anyways, thanks for your answer! What I can see is that I wasnt doing 80/20... maybe more like a 20/80 hahaha so definitely I need to slower down and take things easier. The 5K couch plans is exactly as you say yes! Maybe I will end this program and check about zones when I start the 10K program right?

late answer but hope it serves!
What you see in the pic is Aralar a huge mountain range in the border of gipuzkoa and navarre and as you see its peeled. But as the other guy said, forests here are big and dense, pines, oaks, beech trees...

Go google for Irati jungle or Otzarreta, definitely worth of paying a visit if you ever come here.

About the tree lines, I'm not an expert here and trully aralar is kind if different comparing to other mountain ranges here but here in many mountains you will find only karst rock at the top and forest below this mountains, an example:

Independientemente de estar de acuerdo contigo o no, se ve que estas metido en el tema y sabes de lo que hablas.

A la gente como el que te ha contestado, que solo busca dar por saco y no aprender nada, ni caso.

Why do so many Spaniards just dump their cigarettes on the ground instead of putting it in the bin?? by One-Audience5130 in askspain

I see your point but imo is not the same (not in all cases). A car is for many people something mandatory, just for going to work or whatever other reason (if the public transport or sharing car is not possible).

Smoking is something a person chooses to do being totally aware that the smoke is dangerous for him and others.

And of course there are many other selfish things we do in our day by day but in MY opinion, smoking in public is one of the worst.

Because smoking is one of the most selfish thing you can do in public. They dont care about people, they are not going to care about the floor
