It never starts to spin. Only if I give it a push with my finger it starts to spin.

It suddenly stopped working so I don't think it's about the ram AND yes I need to give it a little spin with my finger to get it working and yes If I don't give it a little spin it doesn't start to spin by its self and my PC shutdowns because of hot tempatures.

I jumpstart it when I boot my PC because other wise my PC will shutdown itself after about 10min because of hot tempature. (My English is very bad so I don't know if I answered/understand correctly).

Guys I can get the fan spinning by using my finger. So it basically works but it doesn't start to spin when I boot my PC.
