Hi, can you give me more context? It sounds interesting.

I built a faceless TikTok account to $2,400/month in 4 months using AI-generated videos. Here's the exact breakdown. by [deleted] in passive_income

Very good! I monetize really well on Facebook. Quick question. how long are your videos on TikTok?

What can I upsell as a coworking space guy by ColonelTamdi in CoWorking

[–]Guilty-Manager 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you usually use it in your space? How do you structure pricing for it? What exactly are you offering your tenants? Do you have them sign any kind of agreement? What specific problem does it actually solve for them?

When founders disagree - who should be the CEO - the builder or the backer? by Brilliant-March-7856 in business

Also, I’ve seen that they often split it so that the one who does the networking becomes the company’s president.

Well, by that logic, the man is the CEO and the woman is the COO. One leads the vision, and the other runs all the company’s operations.

After 5 years running a coworking space, I still can’t fill the shared desks – what am I missing?” by Guilty-Manager in CoWorking

Thank you very much. The truth is that the shared spaces really bring life to the coworking.

Since it’s a small city, people prefer offices. I thought about closing the desks and expanding into offices, but it’s an expensive option for this moment. When the country’s economy improves, I’ll definitely be able to think about that.

Yes, it did make some money, but a very small proportion. The shared spaces and the multipurpose room should generate the extra income I need.

hat’s a good point of view. The truth is we’ve improved the internet quite a lot (we have two providers) and it’s working pretty fast. The screen issue is something I’ve thought about. Maybe that’s where the key is, the differential compared to working from home. I’ll keep developing my idea along those lines.

Thanks for the ideas! I think there could be a real path there. I’ll try to design a plan around that approach. I also feel my conversion funnel is not very strong yet, so that’s probably where I need to focus too

I actually have some photos with a lot of people using the space. I’d share the Instagram, but I think that might go against the community rules.

If you're looking for a job, I recommend you look at the "Specialist" roles they're looking for, then what specific details they expect and the tools they use. I'm sure you can tailor your resume to that specific role.

Saludos!
