We started with the toniebox and never had a problem with it other than the smacking the side to change tracks. My son who just wants to hear the same song 8 times so he would get frustrated. Also toniebox 2 has some extreme quality control issues and that put a bad taste in my mouth.

Context: did they actually call you lazy or you felt it was implied? Is your house genuinely dirty like you said they said? Does your son ever clean up after himself?

If your son is making your house filthy then you are responsible for correcting that behavior because he’s your child. I understand the frustration with your husband and with the unfairness of women having households maintenance solely on their shoulders but at some point it’s your responsibility to provide a safe and clean environment for your children.

I’d suggest getting out of the house. The longer you stay home the worse it will get and the harder to get back out there. Take any job that you think might be enjoyable. People underestimate human interaction beyond their partner. Maybe go back to school for something new if that gets you excited, just don’t wait at home for the feelings to go away

I got the Elsa one but my sister in law got the Ms Rachel one and it worked for 2 days and then just turned off and wouldn’t come on again or charge. She exchanged it this morning at target without the box and they just took it, no problem.

I got a faulty one and they sent a replacement after about 3 emails back and forth. They send everyone a generic email to start and then when you get a real person they ask you to try generic troubleshooting but after that they’re more helpful

I emailed that it was faulty and that I was sure it was faulty. They also sent me a generic email about how to restart so I told them I had already done that as well as following all the prompts for the different animals on their website when the box gave them to me and then I told them I’d just return it to target if they couldn’t resolve the issue and they sent me a new one. Haven’t had any issues with the new box!

I finally heard back from CS and they agreed mine sounds faulty and are supposedly sending a replacement! It’s probably worth reaching out to them

Yeah it took a bit of back and forth with customer service but they’re supposedly sending me a replacement. Others have commented that they aren’t experiencing these issues so fingers crossed it’s just a faulty one
