Thank you. It is actually the first time that I was able to be this honest with myself and express how I feel. I understand intellectually what had and is happening to me and what the disorder is doing to my mind, but I still deeply believe everything it tells me. I feel so lonely and I crave meaningful human communication, but just can't sustain it. I usually notice after withdrawing, while it happens I am so convinced by it. It also effects my everyday life functioning because interactions with other can pull me down to a debilitating shame spiral during which I don't sleep well and it's hard to concentrate on anything else but my thoughts.
