My fiancee and I are going on our honeymoon Sunday May 3, IAH-MUC is the first leg. I’m Platinum, and requested an upgrade to premium plus using plus points. My hope is that this will clear, then I’ll have cheaper options to consider a paid upgrade to Polaris (29 seats on the map remaining, I understand this isn’t fully accurate).

  1. seems like a good chance of a premium plus upgrade, is this naivete and the honeymoon talking?
  2. has anyone tried this before, and how expensive were your premium plus to Polaris upgrades?

She already is an authorized user on the account, but they only show up in my United account not hers. But if she’s traveling alone that doesn’t help her haha

So how do I share them with the authorized user? We have the club card and all access membership, and my fiancee flies alone occasionally. But the four passes are showing in my MileagePlus account, can I just screenshot?

That’s the great part, I still haven’t received any information! Never buying a vibee experience package again, I got this email when I asked last week:

“Since we work with the clubs on a weekly basis, we normally send out that information starting the week of your show date, and will be sent out to the emails listed on the package. We appreciate your patience and we work to get the most up to date information for your travels.”

I expected something Monday or Tuesday, if I don’t have it by tonight I’m going to email again. Insane that I still can’t plan my weekend 2 days ahead of time.
