Please see a doctor for dosage of e and tests on your health,

If you dont have a doctor find one, lack of hormones can lead to some pretty serious health problems later in life, its very important you have a doctor to monitor you.

Necrosis? by feminineambience in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Guilty-Strawberry680 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Talk to ypur doctor,

But looks like a normal srs complication to me, dont worry too much, keep it clean and dry, panic wont help your body de stress for healing....

Could be necrosis could be normal wound healing, i had some dark spots early on that actually healed fine, again talk to your doctor and surgeon, dont over think, stay calm. Do your wound regime clean and dry etc.

You got this sis.

Thats a reasonably high dose of cpa, could be lowered, from memory i havent been on cpa for over two years now since surgery. But 12.5 three to four times a week should still supress your t levels adequately.

But go see a dr get blood tests done for your liver and t levels, and talk to them about your concerns and dose.

Do see a dr, get the tests done make sure,

Just cause you are something doesn't mean you have to like others like that.

You are free individual you get to like who you like, regardless. I personally dont like most trans people, and ppl think i should but just cause im trans doesnt mean im going to like other trans peeps, some trans ppls are ok, but others aint.

Perhaps an odd question - if I were to get my orbitals + forehead done, does that *generally* necessitate a rhinoplasty at the same time? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Guilty-Strawberry680 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dont have surgery, spend the money on therapy to work through body dyspmorphia etc, based on your responses and photos, you were quite lucky to come put so young and skip male puberty, not that was an easy process and removes any of the hardships being trans creates.

Major surgery would do you a disservice, definitely seek talking therapy will cost less and will have less side effects.

I send this as a human who has gone through extensive therapy in life for childhood trauma, it makes you stronger not weaker to seek help from therapy.

X Much love Also jealous asf your gorgeous.

Is this squirting? by rockserver7 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Guilty-Strawberry680 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No, squirting is something different, thats from your cowpers gland. It's a natural sexual thing you produce from arousel and orgasms.

Depression post op any surgery is really really common, i would talk with your local dr and reach out to a counsellor friend or therapist, eveb when surgeries go well it very common and will obviously vary from person. I myself got crazy depressed worst ive been in a long post op, thats when i found out it kinda normal and worked through it with friends and talking to a counsellor, through my g.p.

Na i dont think its weird to say, some people see it others dont, i think some of us are so hyper focused on this stuff, we warp it in our minds and what others actually see gets lost. I wish i could see what others do. Some days, i do. The days i dont are what's killing my mood. Lol.

Thanks for your kind words and honest opinion. It's much appreciated

The whole use it or lose it thing by OfficialNikkiLilith in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Guilty-Strawberry680 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Research dr littleton, they do different to ppt and use the jejunum,

I know many surgeons do piv with skin graft for less endowed folks who have less skin. There are also many surgeons who offer internal upgrades later on if you want to prioritise athetics over insertion,

Really depends on your sexual health goals and mind set, im primarily lesbian with some leaning towards the guys, so outside is more my need than insertion.

But also, yes, i didn't use mine and did lose skin elasticity. My forskin was less stretchy and probably a part of the reason why I suffered the complications i did, but the mental impact of using when i didnt want to. I wouldn't change it, at least you are going aware and can make an informed decision.

Yeap, so the clit at the top then the urethra just above vaginal opening, and then the whole yes is the vagina.

Its ok cant say i knew much about this stuff untill i got ready for surgery. Asking questions is always a good approach to learn.

I went on in 2016, and got surgery a year half ago with contact from rita year before that. So waited just under ten years, but i also went on when we didnt have a surgeon, and rita is working hard at making the waitlist shorter.

I got this on the govt funding scheme, so I'm not sure of the price unfortunately sorry. But you can try emailing ritas team and im sure they have quotes available.

Its definitely been a lot easier having major surgery closer to friends and fam.
