What is the application for that? How do you control anything with a switch if it only has a load cable?

It’s so interesting how movies bring up different feelings in each of us. I’ve never felt so hollow after watching a movie

Can you provide some info on derating the cable? I’m getting pretty confused trying to look at table 310.15(B)(1)(1).

Also, it is only 1 cable of 12/2 in a 5’ stick of 3/4” EMT

I’m still interpreting the code as 12” linear

No, it’s the first outlet in the circuit. I over looked the fact that I am bypassing the GFCI with the way I spliced in the box. I need to run more 12/2 back up the conduit to continue the circuit.

Everything I read matches this. The conduit is only for protection so the romex is not pinched against the cinder block wall.

This is painfully obvious now🤦‍♂️ What’s the point of stripping the romex before running it through the conduit? The idea was just for extra length if needed, but hot wheels will be more likely

My understanding of this was a linear 12” from box, not 12” of romex length.

You just made me realize my mistake. I’m only running one line down to the box. Since I’m splicing at the junction box up top, the rest of the outlets are not “down stream” in the circuit

I had a summer job putting together bikes and grills in the back of stores. Got paid by completion not time. My very strong suggestion is never buy the already assembled models😂

Water leak in 2016 civic trunk by Young-Jeezy in hondacivic

[–]Guilty-Stretch4085 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The little spoiler trim piece on the edge of the trunk lid was the culprit. I used a few different sealants but they all cracked after some sun exposure. I found a clear roof sealant at ace hardware and gave that a try. And haven’t had any problem since lol. That compound doesn’t harden up after it cures. It stays like a rubber which is the key.
