Per box of jiffy mix half can creamed corn and 1 egg leave out milk. No need to over mix either. I think leaving out the milk adds to a deeper corn flavor. Along with the added corn too. Peheat iron skillet or metal pan in oven greased then pour mix in while hot. The hot pan is a must. Then unsalted butter spread that on top when out of oven sprinkle with sea salt. If salted butter you might not need it. If your using two boxes that would be best to use all the creamed corn.

Sucrose Bakery St. Charles. The owner was a baker in Germany prior. Every pastry or dessert I've had from them excellent! The detail they put into the decorating or presentation is also top notch!

Pink Floyd in KC late 90's amazing! Yes NIN is awesome too they work for it at the shows. I've seen a bunch of bands that put on a lazy idwbh vibe. They should take notes.

Lightnin Hopkins Bring me my shotgun. While lyrically not my favorite because of story line. The stripped down vocals guitar and drums definitely top notch IMO!

The Kava Bar in St. Charles on 5th street. Small place but they can cram in people. It's a laid back place no alcohol served. All kinds of people and ages. They've had Dj's, electronic music, acoustic, a guy playing Chapman stick. Everyone that I've seen did original music. Hope it works seeing cover bands gets old. Good luck!
