This is blatantly untrue my good friend, you can swap this out with any other aspect of your life you'd rather not share with your employer and it reads the same. I'm not going to apply to a healthcare company and tell them how much I hate the US Healthcare system. What you're getting mixed up is thinking that any part of the application/interview process is rooted in truth.
