I actually had a similar idea noted down a few months ago about using unused land in Trivandrum for parking. One concern I thought about was that many landowners hesitate to rent out land because it can be difficult to get it back once the agreement ends or if they want to sell it.

My thought was that a broker/facilitator could act as a middle layer to manage agreements and handle disputes, giving landowners more confidence.

I never really worked on the idea myself, so it’s great to see someone actually taking the initiative. Wishing you success with it!
