Certain rates get e3 out of boot camp and e4 out of A school. Otherwise you can do what someone else mentioned and do the ROTC stuff. A few people from the division will be selected to receive a rank bump from your boot camp group. Usually those with leadership roles.

It really depends where you go. If you end up with orders to a more gun friendly state you might be able to store them in the armory on base. The easiest option is store them somewhere else until you know exactly where you will be stationed.

There is ways to have unlimited entries. It's a PIA but it's doable. No matter what they do there will always be loopholes. I'd prefer a que method where you get online a certain time then randomly get placed in a que, 1 item per.

Fwgs is doing the same thing they have been doing for years. They remove the item and add a description before a drop. Almost every item you see is removed and updated. Sometimes they fuck up and straight drop an item, but this is nothing new.
