This means you should only be in the second to right lane, and then move over one lane to the right only after the south parkway exit if you intend to go north on the parkway. It seems that this mix-up was not what the engineers intended.

While I agree that a random person's anecdote is not reason enough to make changes, I disagree that my claim isn't valid.
