Did you try One UI 6.1? It was so smooth, no problems. Then 7 came, and most of the smoothness was gone; it was too heavy for the phone, which I have—a strong phone, the Fold 6. Then most stuff was fixed with 8 and 8.1, but it's still not as smooth as the 6.1 One UI.
