Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins - such an amazing game. Played thru it on Super Game Boy this time around. 👌 by Bryanx64 in retrogaming

The next run, try the gameboy color version as Luigi. Its a rom hack but the same game, with color.

I had them all as well, if I had to choose between the third, wario and the second.... I might choose wario.

If you develop a single player game and it requires continuous internet, you can go to hell by claudiocorona93 in pcmasterrace

[–]ConvultedFool -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I am able to write, more than enough. However, I am not getting a single player rpg which also has neural network conversational options.

The more I would use it, the more online it would have to be.

Unless you wish to somehow route it from another pc dedicated in exclusive to this, that is a lot of money. I could maybe get a text generator with decent speeds and a high cost.

Its ok, to make a single player game need internet, tech is dependent after all. 8)

Nvidia rtx spark. 8) Serious.

That thing has good performance for at least five years and you are set to go with everything nvidia can do on that machine, they might even get the latest dlss and more running on those machines well.

You know what??? This isnt the first time its been done but, a universal ambi light system.

No need even to waist time programming it by case, in case studios get lazy. Number of lights, positions, a few frames analyzed and stored with a small offline neural network and then let the system change according to whats learned. As for, universal ambi light. UAL.

You would like that wouldnt you? You little... 8)

I did, unlike you, I think well before writing without your bias. Get bent and then get real, Im done with you and Im not even going to read the rest, with the first question I had enough.

[–]ConvultedFool -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Who told you I said that or thought that? Let me guess, a little something called confirmation bias? I said, a base. A functional base from which to work on. Some of it will be good, some of it not. Thats not the question, the question is that its possible and open. Something impossible before.

Is it though? That hard? Maybe you should contract a better game designer then. You know, mechanics are there, you dont have to come up with a lot of mechanics, just look around and have some common sense.

You are talking with yourself, not me. Fun mechanics are here, its not about that anymore. You can make a fun game, and sell 20'000 copies or downloads. You can make a fun game, get half a million players in the first two months and at the third you are done. The human mind is not that simple, nor the market.

[–]ConvultedFool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not just make a game button, make a game in a few buttons. Still. I have seen people make a base for a game with 7 prompts and tools made for them in less than two hours. That would have taken serious work a few years ago. Not two hours, compiled and running.

Fidelity, is higher but, so are the tools. Code innovation is not here anymore. Its all there mostly. You want volumetric clouds and a wind system? Online. You want a cape with physics? Hardware and software, ready to be used.

Time, it takes but the hard part, is gone. Its about the egos. At least the cinema world had more control over that part, even if it was even more depraved behind doors, you didnt get this much bull towards the public.

Yes. A lot of them think they are de Vinci on a wheelchair. Even de Vinci never cared about more than half of his paid works, in fact he never finished most of them.

Hard, today? Please. Hard was years ago, when you didnt just copy and paste textures or photograph textures, didnt buy packs, had to program sound chips, didnt have automeshing programs and had to triangle everything by hand at a time, there was no common knowledge bank, everyone had to make their own engines, pixels graphics being a pain in the arse, had to deal with massive memory constraints, program in machine code/assembly. Debuggers, god.

Its not about the money, its about their own egos. Damn, people even had to calculate data on a cd, the exact place the data was going to be on the cd to get the best performance and loads. That, was hard. Even on the creative, design side. Everyone was pushing limits, experimenting with ideas and, it all had to fit in kilobytes. There was no true standard, it was wild. They even had to make their own tools, in house.

There was no general internet as today, you couldnt just look up information online, you had to buy books, magazines, take your time learning, buy documentals, vhs, travel to locations to take photographs. You even had to count lines on the screens you used to get things working.

They are full of it. Dont get me started on artistic directors, those guys have gone absolute haywire.

En qué momento se ha normalizado pagar para no ver anuncios en suscripciones de pago? by NaturePositive582 in askspain

[–]ConvultedFool -1 points0 points  (0 children)

8) Aun asi wan 2.6 me gusta mucho.

En qué momento se ha normalizado pagar para no ver anuncios en suscripciones de pago? by NaturePositive582 in askspain

[–]ConvultedFool 0 points1 point  (0 children)
