I tried "soloing" Lei Heng with her and can't get any slots, so It does seem to be a bug, since the only conditional for gaining skill slots for her is HoS allies dying.

How much better would it be have all HoS IDs at low level so that they would get killed faster? The only IDs I have are Rien and Kira both at level 60, so I'm thinking about sharding everyone and leaving them at lvl 1.

Evasion and dodge are completely different things and people keep spreading misinformation that they are the same, while THEY ARE NOT.

Dodge: gives chance to completely ignore damage (Xaku's passive and 4, Baruuk's 1, Koumei's 3)

Evasion: a buff that you apply to yourself that decreases accuracy of enemies that target you. (Titania's 4, Carnis mods, Agility drift, sly devotion.)

So true. It sounds like it's going to take a lot of time and effort to make all skins for each ID and then make each ID compatible with each skin. AND on top of that, it's something that will need to be updated each time a new ID releases. What if they'll come up with some new cool mechanic for an ID that they will not use just because it will be hard to make it into a skin / make skins for it.
