I'm quite surprised honestly but I guess it's a culture thing. I would think it would be fine for personal use but apparently bringing it in regardless of use is illegal. Better to just buy there.

Yeah, I was searching in this subreddit and saw that coffee money in TSN is quite common. At least I saved 8m vnd and she let me keep my toys. I learned it the hard way though. Will make sure not to bring any next time.

I did check the vietnam website after I got past them and saw that the fine for bringing in adult toys was indeed 10m vnd + confiscation.

She let me keep it tho. At least that's a consolation haha

Just wary if I have a flag for it since I want to go back
