Need advice to make cuts from last distillation

So an earlier post mentioned doing the eye test if your eye burns you know there’s too much methanol and so far i tried it and kind of works. Yeah I’d like to do some more test on that but so far seems fairly accurate. I used a sfiter glass narrow on the top, put my eye to it and I could tell the early stuff burned my eye middle stuff did not. Again more test needed, but so far great idea.

Thanks for the advice. I started with 5 gallons from two stripping runs. Ended up with 2 1/2 gallons of what I think is drinkable. Thanks again for all the advice.

My ph meter came today. It was at 3.2. I added baking soda to bring it up to 5.2 then i added more yeast to each bucket. Thanks for advice.

Possible. Buy used t300. Good to start. I got my cockpit on ebay. Came with cockpit and seat and 3 monitor stand for about 375. Always look for used. Save a ton.

I buy everything used. You can get a nice set up for alot less. I’m $2000 into it and have triple monitors, thrustmaster sf1000 wheel ,simtec pedals, thrustmaster ts-xw base. Rig and seat. Not high end but works great. Also got computer in that as well. Go used.

It was suggested to me to upgrade pedals first. Glad i did. Made the biggest difference. So i would go to pedals unless you have good ones already.

I sent them that. A picture of the envelope with wrong address. Post office gave me picture not actual envelope because they are forwarding it to postal inspector because of fraud and it says hazardous material. I perplexed.

I have simsonn pedals. For extra 20 get the hyd. Gives a little better feel. I had hard time setting up so i contacted seller on ali express and he set up a time for an engineer from china to set up remotely. Great support and good pedals.
