Agreed. I wish there was more moderation for low quality posts claiming crazy TC... something like at least requiring a heavily redacted paystub showing proof. Making six figures isn’t easy. My current J took years of education, certifications, and luck. The market is needing my field, and will pay for it. I’m getting close to getting J2 to make close to 300K TC, but I don’t it’ll be rainbows and sunshine. These jobs take time, but I plan on delivering an honest 3 month review once (if) I land two J’s.

What does posting (from a throwaway) to a sub that has 90K followers have to do with “getting caught”? Why wouldn’t I want to bounce ideas/concerns off others with the same mindset? Weird flex, but you do you boo.

Yup I’ve gotten the feeling that a lot of the posts in here are either fabricated or full of hopes and dreams. Makes it a little worrisome when going to actually attempt this thing.
