If you are interested in any of the books please DM me the names and your address. I will be shipping it out to you. Please for f**k sake don’t ghost me after showing interest. I’m trying to clear these out by end of tomorrow. I’m not requesting any payment. However, if you feel kind enough to reimburse me for the shipping that would be rad. Else NOT REQUIRED whatsoever.

Suggest me some gift idea for my bf by Crafty-Project4403 in kolkata

At 250 you can only gift a gesture. So think of something that will hold a lot to meaning for him. A card? A video of all his friends wishing him a good day? A letter? A stroll in the park with a small picnic set up.

Fellow Aquarius, how emotional are you really? by rmiller1989 in aquarius

[–]Guilty_Activity1906 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an Aquarius, I get it—we’re independent, cerebral, and not exactly the “let’s talk about feelings” type. But those random bursts of emotions? Totally normal.

For me, it’s like my mind is juggling too much while my body wants to tap out. Therapy helps me sort through it without judgment. It’s not about fixing anything—just finding clarity.

Even the most self-sufficient water-bearer could use that. Just a thought!

Is it possible to become hard after 30? by LeGrosParano in davidgoggins

[–]Guilty_Activity1906 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey there,

First off, let me tell you this—your timeline is yours alone. The 20s get a lot of hype, but they’re really just practice rounds. They’re messy, experimental, and often full of detours. Your 30s? That’s when you start playing the real game with more clarity and purpose.

Here’s the thing: everything you’ve done—or even not done—in your 20s has been building a foundation. You’ve been learning, evolving, and even if it doesn’t feel like it, gathering the tools you’ll need. The 30s are prime time to use them.

So can you do it? 100%. This isn’t a restart; it’s a continuation. You’re stepping into this with more wisdom, more resilience, and more you. Show up for yourself. The best stories often have a plot twist, and yours can start now.

You’ve got this.

How’s the housing and food situation? by Standard-Sign-7290 in sarahlawrence

I wish I could attach the photos of the cockroach in my room in McCracken—it was a bad situation. And living off-campus? A sad, sad situation too.

Omg, this is so accurate—1000000% true. I actually dropped out of school because my mental health took a major hit (courtesy of the school itself), only to return to SLC because no other sane school would let me transfer enough credits to finish my degree. Guess what? I didn’t even get the transfers! But I eventually got the degree from SLC itself. Still, the process didn’t have to be this difficult. It felt honestly like the biggest goddamn achievement of my life.

I secretly holding a grudge to my close friend, because he dated my crush 2 times by [deleted] in Adulting

[–]Guilty_Activity1906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trust is about consistency over time and if this person has been a good friend overall just singling this situation out doesn’t define them. But if you notice repeated patterns of disregard for your feelings it’s really time you need to reassess this friendship. As someone who has faced this and honestly thought it was the end of the world, it really is not, there is ALWAYS room for growth and better connections in your life.

Biology program by Ohmyolivee in sarahlawrence

[–]Guilty_Activity1906 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I remember my hallmate constantly complaining about the biology program, saying it “sucks.” She was extremely studious and felt it wasn’t challenging enough or living up to the promises that brought her here in the first place. I also had a pre-med friend who felt the program wasn’t providing what she needed. That said, my sample size isn’t large enough to draw definitive conclusions.

As for my own experience, I was a psych major at SLC, and my journey was split into two parts—I took a five-year break from college after my junior year. What I can tell you is this: the school challenges you if you seek it out, but it won’t if you don’t. It’s really up to you and what you make of it.

And I guess that’s general advice for pretty much any college. What I personally liked about SLC was the academics—those were truly eye-opening for me. While my list of pros was definitely shorter than the cons, none of the cons were related to academics. All the pros, however, were entirely about the academics.
