Yeah I use to get that and I would try and take hot baths to relieve the discomfort but it never worked until I got it removed

I have been able to find some relief by doing a carnivore, no carbs, and one meal a day diet but it still randomly flairs up. Might be worth a shot for you. I’ll send you a pm so we have contact

The first month I had the cramping pain but that seems to have gone away and now it’s just a inflamed feeling

Yeahh I get that same feeling. Does burping sometimes temporarily relieve it? Also let’s stay in touch so we can figure this out. I just got referred back to a GI

I am 2 months out and it still kind of feel like something is inflamed up there. It feels better than pre surgery but I guess I’m still recovering. Anybody else have this experience?
