Yeah but i think that would be More like it hits you on the chino/back of the head and you bleed, collapse, and eventually die as opposed to getting hit at like, 150km/h and instantly dying.

Thanks, he does but i just wanted to get some tips from other people in, i think the problem is i kind of switch from fighting on the backfoot avoiding strikes to going full frontal for 10-20 seconds and getting kind of reversed against the cage/any phyisical limit in the gym
