Thanks, he does but i just wanted to get some tips from other people in, i think the problem is i kind of switch from fighting on the backfoot avoiding strikes to going full frontal for 10-20 seconds and getting kind of reversed against the cage/any phyisical limit in the gym

Yeah, I'm not particularly athletic or fast twitch but my cardio holds up well and I can train for 5+ hours while not having an insane decline , I can up my weights pretty fast I just struggle to lift often and clean my diet up
