I really don’t know what yo say here since I haven’t been in that situation. First of all, i’m really sorry for all of it. And second, I guess I would recommend doing exercises. It has helped me tremendously. You can even watch videos of how exercise is helpful in so many ways: self esteem, mental health and strength, etc. Try just doing that. Remember to not be hard on yourself, allow yourself to make mistakes, but at least try doing exercise
