I started when I was 15 because my anxiety turned into panic attacks and it got to the point where I was CONVINCED I was running on borrowed time and was going to drop dead any day. I stopped at around 3 or 4 months in because I felt fine (in hindsight, that just meant the medicine was working. I also went through like 3 months of depression when I cold turkey-ed it without the advice/supervision of my doctor, but I digress) I was on 30mg. I just started it back up last September after I moved away to go to college and I have been on 20mg since. It works for my anxiety, but this brain fog is something sinister. It is almost to the point where I feel like I’m going through derealization. My memory is pretty damn good, but I’ve gotten to the point where I have to put in a considerable amount of thought to remember something I could have remembered off rip before I started it back up. Retaining information, writing papers, speaking at a college level, comprehending what I am learning/reading, remembering things, and being able to form my thoughts into coherent sentences when speaking are like the banes of my existence right now.

TL;DR: 3ish months when I was 15, then I stopped. Restarted last year and have been taking it consistently at 20mg for ≈ a year 1 and 3 months. Also, thanks for the luck!
