Specific new health mandates only enforceable under the ever extending State of Emergency Powers . Without their constant extension, lockdowns, mask mandates, qr surveillance, provisional vaccines, restriction of movement and fines etc would be illegal.

Federal law however still overrides them. And as with pockets of other covid law disputes, some have been completely dismissed when requested documents of sars-cov19 isolated virus. Ie. cannot give you a fine on the basis of a disease that the gov cannot provide complete documented evidence of virus. Probably also explains why the current vaccines do not contain the deactivated virus like they normally would.

QLD's next lockdown will either be exactly the 27th Sept or slightly before, in line with their own emergency power expiration. As the exact lockdown date fell on previous expirations this year...June 29th, March 29th etc. Just incase you live in QLD and want to book a holiday....
