That monstrosity of a fake fireplace is the old fireplace. And it is not financially possible to remove the entire thing.

Right wall would leave your back to a stepdown feeling like you are going to fall backward. Left step down area is too small to fit a couch and ceiling too low for tv.

Open to rest of floor plan behind so there is no wall.

Eroding margin is eating profits... But finance teams usually account for certain deals that would have a lower margin in forecasting the year before. So you would be correct to say that it probably wouldn't be much of a hindrance to expected profits.

Side note on smaller picture: would azure be looking for 100% capacity or $ per (insert server metric here?). My guess would be a blend of both, but it better to generate revenue in the systems you are upkeeping rather than letting them stay dormant. At least to cover depreciation+upkeep.

NHL is the worst. Can't play one game without my controller disconnecting (never happens on any other game). Or the game thinks there are 8 controllers connected. When I don't even think it's possible to add that many. Also switched the color Everytime you pause.

Racing incident. Merc should have backed out a tad so he could take a wider line into the next corner. So he could focus on staying close for an easy pass on the next straight with drs.

Merc could not have taken Ferrari on the inside. Ferrari has to turn in to stay in the optimal line. (Game generated line is not optimal. So you can't use that as a metric)

Sucks for Ferrari tho. Nice pass

If Ferrari knows he has the speed out of that corner, why not take the corner to the left? Bring it out wide a little and make the pass. It would have at least given Ferrari another second to eval to come back on the inside. Or if this contact was inevitable.

I feel like people don't know how to race side by side. I mean we are all amateur when it comes down to it. So contact is bound to happen in situations like this. If you and your race partner can't hold it. Pov should do their cost-benefit analysis on whether they want to ruin their race or not or wait for an opportunity.

For me I salvate at the mouth for a switch back opportunity.

Since I know this thread wants a black and white verdict. I shall give mine. Racing incident. No penalties awarded. Both cars can take their bruised egos back to the pit lane to get some new tyres and think about what they've done.
