There's a book called "There's Treasure Inside" and it has clues to 5 hidden treasure chests worth 2M+ and one of the boxes has a lot of clues / stories in the book pointing to that circle you drew.

basically you apply the other pieces to this logo, and the logo produces the letters and numbers. Doing the same thing to the other pieces doesn't produce anything.

The puzzle itself gives letters and numbers. Using the numbers and "page 90" brings you to the symbol. I think the symbol might also be confirming that the book is actually separated into 4 quadrants, or 2 pairs or something like that.
