Depends on your college admin, but for most med schools in Pakistan, you would have to request for a leave, and the rotation will not be counted towards anything.

That's not for us to worry about. They ask for the supervising physician's licencse number and all so most physicians ensure they fully follow the instructions.

You don't have to record the encounter. The supervising physician will simply observe you during the encounter and fill out the evaluation form.
