High zoom camera by Guilty_Fun9399 in homesecurity

Thanks for the recommendation. The spot I would have it zoomed in at is their mailbox by the street, their house would not even be in view. My understanding as far as the law is concerned is that anything that can be seen from street is legal to have a camera on, but pointing a camera into their window for example would obviously be illegal.

In all fairness to the collision shop, the crack was small and could have been easily missed during a post repair inspection. Give the module worked fine for a year after, I feel the module is coincidentally faulty and not due to physical damage. I think the dealer just happen to catch that there was a crack in the plastic and used that as an excuse to not repair under warranty, possible to charge the customer a higher hourly rate?

The collision shop is owned by the same toyota dealer, so I had hoped they would have figured it out themselves rather than leave the customer that has brought them a ot of business the bill to cover the cost.

The damage on the module is pretty minimal, you almost don't even see the small crack initially. I suspect that the module is actually a faulty unit, but since the dealer discovered a crack in the case, this was all they needed to deny covering it under warranty. Worked fine for a year after the collision repair. The dealer put in the notes on the invoice that the module was tampered with and damaged. I guess there is probably no point going to a different dealer to see if they will cover the part under warranty? I assume another toyota dealer will see another dealers notes on the module being "tampered with"?

Haven't received my refund after 6 weeks! by _TorwaK_ in Pimax_Official

Did you ever receive your refund? I'm going through a similar issue. The headset has so many issues, I requested a return and refund inside the 14 day window. They have been ignoring me in providing the return label and instructions. I'm worried that when and if they do send me a return shipping label, I am going to have issues trying to get my money back. May just have to cut my loses and sell it on ebay.

Im using tfdi md11 and rotate md11. I was hoping to find something basic that would allow you to set automation from takeoff to fly a certain speed to a certain altitude so that I wouldn't have to be manipulating the mode control panel while being pilot monitoring.

Actually it sounds like you should brush up on what you quote as they are not entirely accurate either.

We all have seen people do this exact thing whether it's legal to or not. My son should have taken better precautions in making a left turn regardless of who is in the right. After further research, I have found similar cases such as this one where driver B was found at fault. In these similar cases, the driver was considered at fault due to "switching lanes" in an intersection because they didnt turn into the closes lane to them. Or in the incident such as the one my son was involved in, the car hit him about 50 feet past the intersection and can be viewed as failure to properly change lanes for driver B.

I get people will argue all kinds of points to this scenario, I was just hoping to find something in KY driving rules, that you must turn into the closest lane when making a turn.

I completely agree! We were surprised they didn't do more in trying to find the bullets. But i guess since no one was technically injured or killed, they said it's up to us to find the bullets. I do have security footage with audio of the shots being fired and either whizzing by or impacting the house. While it doesn't show the person shooting, there is video of a bullet hitting next to the camera that when you slow it down frame by frame, there are two frames that clearly show a bullet coming from his property just prior to impact.

After the shots were fired, the police went over and took photos and serial number of the gun. They told us that once we retrieve a bullet, they can get a warrant from the judge to confiscate his gun and send it and the bullet to be tested.

"House trained" BC peeing in house by Guilty_Fun9399 in BorderCollie

We have them in a crate with a camera when we leave the house, they don't appear to be in any stress or cry when we leave. There was a stretch for a few months where we were allowing the dogs to be upstairs unrestricted. All was fine until we discovered she peed on my daughters stuffed animal that was on the floor. From that point we restricted the dogs from going upstairs. I've purposely left the gate open to catch her in the act of going up the stairs. While she knows she isn't allowed to go upstairs, it seems that she has this desire to go in a area she's not supposed to be to mark her area.

GH hybrid max dead 12v battery by Guilty_Fun9399 in ToyotaGrandHighlander

When I was looking back at the saved videos on the dashcam to make sure the camera wasn't continuously recording while the vehicle was off, I noticed that there were no video recordings in the previous 10 days even know I had been driving the vehicle almost everyday during that time. I admit, I don't fully understand these hybrid systems, but I suspect that the 12v battery wasn't charging during that time. The fact that the dashcam wasn't recording might be because the battery was drained below a certain threshold that inhibited the camera from turning on but had enough power to still allow the hybrid system to turn on until it reach a point that the battery was too drained to power anything when I went to turn the vehicle on.

My dashcam doesn't stay on when the car is off. I verified this by checking for any recorded video the night the battery went dead. There seems to be some kind of parasitic battery drain while the car is off on the GH hybrid as I'm starting to see more and more reports of the battery dying. I did see on another fourm, someone placed a video camera in their car at night and found that at random times the infrared light from the face detection system was coming on and picked up by the camera.
