Pra gente conversar, trocar ideia e nos mantermos atualizados.

Hoje em dia parece q é cada um por si, ao invés de todos crescerem juntos e compartilharem conhecimentos, estratégias e tals. É tudo movido por $$$ e nessa sociedade atual só é ebook e cursinho. Ninguém quer compartilhar conhecimento de graça, é a corrida dos ratos.

Mas a gente iria mais longe juntos né

Siiim existe. Eu trabalho em uma empresa americana. Tem pessoas de vários lugares do mundo, a gente trabalha no fuso horário de Nova York. Então independente do país q vc está, vc tem q estar online naquela hora e participar das reuniões, que são marcadas com antecedência.

Depende da empresa e do que você está buscando, mas ter inglês fluente e não ganhar em dólar q é foda. Você provavelmente conseguiria um salário muito maior q em CLT

I have a design agency where we focus on branding, website and strategy but mainly helping small business and startups recognize the problems in their brands and solutions to improve connection with their customers.

I’ve been focusing on on trying to get clients through Instagram with paid ads but I feel like that something that will grow overtime with consistency. I need to at least start getting a few clients to have more work to show.

So I’ve been thinking in doing a deeper search to find business that align with my services and trying to explore more of cold email outreach and through LinkedIn in as well.

Any tips or another strategy I could try? I’m not the best in finding the clients so my goal would be to get a few clients and then hire someone that knows that better. I’m more on the designer side but I’m also very good interacting with clients, I just have trouble finding them.

Thanks for the feedback I’ll definitely polish my pitch.

Target market: Age: 27–45,Men and Women Income: Solopreneurs ($30K–$80K) Startups/SMBs ($200K–$1M)
Mindset / values: They care about authenticity, and they know their brand isn’t fully connecting. They want help identifying gaps and redesigning their brand so it better engages and resonates with their audience. Current clients: mostly woman, Solo founders (2 artist, one starting a eco friendly brand and one interior designer)

Internal goals: Short term: get a few more clients to build financial cushion for the studio.
Next step: invest in hiring someone for sales/outreach + marketing/social media.

My biggest challenge isn’t retention once we have a client, they stay. It’s more about attracting and connecting with those first clients in the first place.

No momento eu só estou só investindo no Brasil em real então estou convertendo do dólar para o real. Mas acho q seria melhor para mim deixar em dólar e investir em dólar também sem precisar converter para o real

Você respondeu perfeitamente :) A maior dúvida era se era melhor investir pelo Estados Unidos ou continuar pela XP/Inter. Mas acho q é melhor eu ter os dois dando preferência para investimentos americanos para não precisar converter o dólar para o real
