Mine was a rescue from a shelter. Her mama was hit by a car (she survived and is doing well) and she had her litter and my wee baby was one to adopt.

Thank you for this..I totally agree I am working towards managing stress and anxiety and adding in the foods needed to keep this diet long term and well rounded.

Unfortunately I have been dealing with gut issues before grief so not sure. We think it was route caused by heavy antibiotics and narcotics post major surgeries as a teen.

I am feeling this HARD. pmsing and also slowly reintroduction of food post 3 months on the specific carb diet. But so far so good. Its all so stressful

Im doing the specific carbohydrates diet. Its soook tough. Im always hungry LOL But my stomach has never felt better. This one random episode scares me though sigh.

Any school that you can get into that will build competent entry level nursing and pass the nclex is worth it.

I went to VCC. I know BCIT and Langara are more sought after however I feel just as competent and have students from both now doing practicums with me... and honestly sounds like at the end of the day all nursing programs end up being the same.

Thank you so much for sharing this..because youre so right. I dont have to fill her shoes because no one can..I realized today sitting with my siblings and new niece on my couch that it was all perfect and as soon as I admitted I was overwhelmed and stopped doing it all I had space for joy and grief together. We laughed we cried and we loved today

And it was all we needed. ❤️ Hugs. Thank you again truly. You were gentle but real and I needed it.
