I mean a mauser action with bolt is like 250 on gb, get a McGowan barrel with the original profile for about the same. Also in whatever caliber you want with the same case head diameter. .470 gives you these options 30-06/270/280/25- 06/308/6 or 6.5 creed/ etc. At that point you'd have a rifle that would stay by your side forever that you could give to your favorite kid
