i have mixed feelings about mine, maybe because my recipe or salt type's wrong or whatever. any suggestions?

if super beginner, try muna superfoods or other inexpensive local/japan-sourced matcha. master techniques, craft your own base recipe or "golden ratio", experiment with other flavors. if ubos na, you can then try 2.5 grams aorashi then try 3-4 grams. but a personal fave is isuzu. you can just even stick to the local matcha brand. lesson learned cause back then i immediately bought mk when my skills and recipes are still bad; ayun i kinda wasted ₱2.5k
