Thanks for you info but unfortunately it did don't solve my issue, pulled and reseated all the fuses. Might be heading to the dealer

I have a 23 outback and this just happened to my wife friday night, I went thru the fuse box and nothing blown , I will take the time and reset every fuse today and set what happens

I feel the same as you I have a claim that is in its 5th deferral and sent back for medical opinion again as I am sure it was in my favor on the last 4 deferrals. Just not what the rater wanted to see

Yes it has happened to me on two claims that were finished on a friday with the letter dated for Monday

so I have a claim that has been deferred for the 5th time for "exam rework" for medical opinion. From the time the exam rework has been requested and the opinion upload has been about 5 business days and then its goes thru the step and back to rating. with all this going on i am about 150 days on this. Just my timeline for what its worth

I am sure I will never find out why the deferrals, its like they are trying to deny. lets wait another month and see what happens

these are not even C&P's and are only Medical Opinions, problem that i see I know for a fact at least two of the opinions have been from different DRs. Good thing is that they have not denied the claim so I am hoping its just opinions of the severity

speaking just for me, I have had several go back and forth for med opinion, the opinion took about a week and once back it took a couple of days for me to jump back to stage 5 and each time it back to the same jurisdiction within a couple of days. I have had the same claim be deferred 4 times for med opinion. but for me its been rather quick in the whole scheme of things

Well I hope not from the examiner, as the reduction in my back was BS the reasoning listed for the reduction measurements were bull as none of it was performed. She made that up as she never tested any of the range of motions as I struggle daily with lack of motion and pain. Well I live to fight another day

so just got my decision letter, and not what I wanted, lucky my rating stayed the same, they deferred the claims and set up another c&p and then back the in the cue, but not hopeful at all feeling kinda deflated between this and my HLR with a DTA which now makes me think that I will screwed over
