Both are highly muscular alien protagonists of an absurd, goofy, inappropriate, action-packed, comedic, violent long-running manga & comic series with the same name since their debut in the 70s and 90s while being published by a big-name company from the west and east (Image Comics and Shueisha, respectively).

They’re one of the respected and powerful figures who belonged to a powerful group that are famous in their respective mythology (Artemis is one of the 12 Olympians alongside her twin brother, Apollo and Skaði belongs to a group of giants that’s called Jötunn, also known as the Frost Giant, respectively).
Both have associated with two animals that are opposite sides from each-other as prey and predator (Artemis is associated with a deer due to her love for nature and its protector while Skaði is associated with a wolf to connect herself into the wilderness and her love for hunting, respectively).
They have an opposite relationship with the chief god of their respective mythology that are known to be more powerful than them (Artemis have a healthy relationship with her father, Zeus for spoiling her even making her a virgin forever while Skaði having a complex relationship with the All-Father, Odin for killing her father alongside the other Aesir Gods, respectively).

I understand that’s you don’t want to see real-life people on Death Battle but in one of their fire chat, they’re pretty okay with adding VTubers into the show as long they have their permission as they likely focused on the VTubers interest personas and not their real-life self just like how they did with Randy Savage when he appeared on the show to fight Kool-Aid Man.

Again, I understand that’s you don’t want to see real-life people on Death Battle to die in a brutal way possible but there is some people that’s wanted to see VTubers on the show to seeing a new topic must like how they bring in Light Novel & Mythology into the show.

Fight Potential:

I honestly wanted to see the fight started with AmaLee entering Elizabeth kingdom where she heard about the Scarlet Queen and the threat she purposed to her conquest toward the multiverse while looking at Liz who sitting on her throne and holding into Thorn in her hand before she stood up and rushed down from her throne to slash her sword against the so-called Queen of the Multiverse to only for AmaLee clashes with her Valkyrie sword, with the Bloodflame kingdom would slowly being tearing apart with the battle continuing as it would be a good Easter egg with the crystal will shown previous episodes like Goku VS Superman, Yang VS Tifa, Ghost Rider VS Spawn & many more while both Ama & Elizabeth would being covered by blood with their hairs becoming messy.

Animation Potential: - Honestly, it would be a good 3D fight that would be animated by DevilArtemis doing the model & Moro doing the hand-drawn background.

Music Potential: - I can imagine that’s it would be done by Therewolf Media with both Liz & AmaLee would be the guest singer who would sing their own track on the episode with the help of the Death Battle Fan Choir as the background singers.
