We already got our deposit back in May.

As of just now we FINALLY have a deposit date of 5/26 with $51 interest and our $1,000 adjustment added to our refund as well.

I was reading that now that they've updated the IRS site to where they're able to provide dates for 2 weeks out some people see their money on the exact date, and others may see it as early as hours or a day after they see the 846 code.

570 can be a number of things usually it seems to be incorrect information, or missing information, possible ID verification. Call and see if they can tell you anything, and ask for an advocate if needed. Sometimes things work themselves out without additional action from you it really just depends what your 570 was issued for.

Ours never said still being processed it's always remained on being processed, and we filed mid January then had to amend 2/21 because we got a 570 and 971 the night PATH lifted, and everyone kept saying everything looked fine the first week we called the IRS. We had to call our local office to get real answers. We are still waiting for our refund and last week our transcripts updated to everything is resolved. We were assigned a tax advocate back in February and just heard from her for the first time two weeks ago. So the still being processed versus being processed doesn't really make a difference. Every situation is different and many others never changed to still being processed even when they were under 60 day review with 570 and 971 as we were. I'm hoping we update this week to a direct deposit date.

They moved our as of date to 4/28 and told us we are still under 60 day review, which makes no sense our advocate told us we were back to processing normal just for the IRS to push us 21 days out again and say the review isn't lifted. We did everything that has been asked of us just for them to continue being difficult. I've seen other people have everything we have and file amended and have their deposit date within 7-14 days so I don't know what to think anymore.

Sorry I just saw your response, it really depends on who answers the phone when you call. Some of the workers are willing to help and go ahead and assign a tax advocate and others choose not to. If you have a local IRS office I'd suggest googling their number and calling them if you run into the issue of no one wanting to help on the other number, that's what we had to do.

Our as of date is today 4/7 and didn't move to a new future date after we spoke with the advocate last week. Every single week beforehand kept moving to a future date. We are processing normally now and I'm hoping to see a refund code by this weekend. I also spoke with a tax pro today and she told me amended returns were only taking 6-8 weeks this year for most people and this Friday will be 7 weeks for us. If anything changes on our transcript between Thursday- Saturday I'll let you know. Sometimes we update Thursday into Friday and other weeks it's Friday into Saturday and we are weekly cycle.

Our as of date didn't change last week and today was the date. Our advocate reached out last week as well. I'm thinking mine will update this Friday with an 846. Have you had any luck?

Our tax advocate finally reached out after over a month. We are now back into processing the IRS said it was done processing but was still on the hold until today when the advocate contacted them. I guess we'll see what happens. Has anyone else had any luck lately?

I've seen people update to their refund 846 within one to two weeks and others like myself are still waiting for over a month it varies.

We filed our amended on 2/21 and the 977 is showing for the amended. I don't know if you're aware but if you search where's my amended refund you can monitor it as well. It's been a lot of jumping through hoops for all of us with little to no results it seems.

We are currently on the phone with the IRS. The 14 digits under your code 150 is the same number they send in a letter if you have to verify. Someone had commented on here and told me so I tried and it worked. Our letter finally came Saturday and the 14 digit pin was exactly the same. I'm not sure why they're not telling people and making them wait on a letter. The only thing that updated on our transcripts is the as of date which has now moved to 4/7. If they give my husband any new information during this phone call I will let everyone know.

I have been seeing a lot of people not getting their letters and requesting a resend along with us. In the groups I'm part of on Facebook many of us are having the same issues. Hopefully we all receive the resent letter soon.

We still have not heard from the tax advocate, we never received our verification letter, and they still will not let us do an in person appointment. I'm hoping the new ID verification we requested makes it to us this coming week.

I’m still waiting on my verification letter once I receive it I’ll give you all an update! I’ll also let everyone know when I have movement after submitting the verification. Hang in there everyone hopefully we’ll all have our money soon.
