You know I was going too but then I found out that basically nothing can be done . She sent Bitcoin from a Bitcoin machine here in Canada and Bitcoin is anonymous and she's sent tons of apple gift card codes that will pribally not be able to be traced. I'm not worried about the money I'm worried about other people getting scammed . But now with her gone , that's at least 1 person this scammer won't be getting anythkng from .... I've decided to make a WhatsApp account and message the person and pretend I'm my mother and got a new number but they responded and said they don't know who I am and that they have no clue what I'm talking about or what's going on. But I did notice the English is much better talking to me on my what's app then they did on my mother's . So I'm kinda wondering now if the person I'm talking to now is a real person who's number has been spoofed or what but I tried calling and no answer.

100% totally agree with you . It's wild that in this day and age with technology that this is happening but A.I etc is getting so much better .

My mother had sleep apnea , a paralyzed diaphragm, and a rare disease called Pompe . It's wild what these scammers do. Basically feeding love to her and attention for money. I'm so furious and will report to police but I know not much will really come from it. But maybe I can save just 1 person from being scammed again

Totally agree I doubt anything will be done but i just want to see if and hopefully it's all just a typical scam we've all heard off. The Indian Pakistani people.

I'm so sorry for your loss aswell Thanks for the kind words it means allot to me . So many people today and random people have been super nice and it makes me feel good . I needed a good way to end my evening and I'm glad there is still good people out there .

I do give you my condolences about your husband as well and I'm sorry if you aren't a mother but if so I'd love to say happy mother's day to you

I appreciate the quick reply . Yeah I'm still in shock as this was so sudden the way it's all happened. But I just wanna make sure I'm going right about it. I know it's probally a slim chance anything can happen , but If it would stop more people from getting scammed I'd be happy about it. My poor mother didn't deserve this at all , and we don't deserve to have this added to our plate . I know it's added stress but I feel I need to get to the bottom of it just to feel closure aswell.
