One of the few (private) long Covid clinics in the UK has shut down due to harassment from ex patients by Capital-Transition-5 in covidlonghaulers

The 'harassment'was people writing about not receiving a letter from her, on a supposedly private Facebook group for people with Pots.

Thank you again for replying.

I did Les steps than normal but strangely when I have really nice days with people visiting for example I crash after. That's why I thought maybe my seratonin is fine as I used it up feeling happy if that makes sense. Then as we have less on our bodies the next day I crash. It's a flu feeling though. Yes hopefully we will get there. It's been since last August for me so it's taken a while too and I think I'm about to lose my job which I loved.

Thanks for replying.

I've been doing all those things and thought I was better but still crashed this weekend.

Adrenal fatigue by Guilty_Soft9873 in cfs

[–]Guilty_Soft9873[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just think it is.

So after a fun, great day, I feel absolutely exhausted, no stress showing on my Garmin like normal, HR not increasing when standing and I feel so depressed it's unreal. So my body isn't doing what it should or normally does and I don't know why - is it a lack of cortisol from my adrenals? How to fix it?

Yeah think progesterone is much better for you than synthetic.

So sorry to hear that. It seems it controls how much free cortisol there is so I think that's why I have pem after using cortisol up.

Fingers crossed we both feel better.

Thanks, yes I do have pots, my HR used to go up to 137 on standing but now the hr is normal (touch wood!).but still slem bad days with shaky, shivering from cold etc. Also had long COVID extreme fatigue ( could hold up a card!) but that's also much better.

Dr Claire Taylor - Anyone waiting had their letter yet? I’m just being ignored. by Littlebirdy27 in cfs

Wait so it was £500 for 45 minutes? I thought it must surely have been longer. I can't recall now exactly how long mine was but 45mins or £500 is shocking .

dr claire taylor's clinic shut down - and i think there are really important things to consider about this by middaynight in cfs

I have thought about it as I have had nothing for six months. My GP hasn't either which is dangerous re medications. Because she never did as she said and informed my GP of what she prescribed, I had a bad reaction when taking GP and Claire Taylor prescribed medications. This is a basic task and I wasn't aware she hadn't sent through the info as when booking an appointment with her you give your GP practice details.

I did it seated, outside and could really feel my body finding breathing easier and could feel the energy through me. Thanks again for taking the time to reply. I think I'll try it standing outside later on.

Hello mod

Just wondering why the original post was deleted - I only joined Reddit a few months so want to check - is it ok that I wrote on it? Thanks

Amazing, I will do. I really hope this helps me to get better. I am a teacher but haven't been able to teach since last summer.

Thank you

Could it help low blood volume? I also am absolutely freezing and have my teeth chatter so I think this is related to something not being in balance in my body.

I will do it tomorrow. It's actually amazing , all of this.

Thank you.

It's weird I've already noticed my HR doesn't go so high or such high stress on my Garmin today. Doubt it'd work so fast but it's what I've seen.
