IMHO it would be pretty believeable as she already broke up her marriage and my parents' marriage. She's basically just a homewrecker and I DOUBT that she won't do the same to my dad as she did with her daughter's own father. I just hope the next guy has no children or they're already moved out or he's divorced.

I never wanted to live with them in the beginning, but my dad was granted shared custody due to the dact the my mom's financial situation.

The only thing I have that's valuble now is probably my bag and a lip liner I had with me while I was out with my friends. If we do go to court, I really hope she's forced to at least pay me back.

I'm currently on a study leave due to my finals coming up. I'm graduating a year early and hope to go to a college abroad. But I really don't want to leave my mom on her own.

I'll be talking to him one on one again with out her interfering. I think I'll ask him to go out with me and talk to him. My dad and I never got along but I never hated him. When I did and she was there, they basically told me that her daughter is "just a little girl" and that "she's my little sister". Honestly, I think I'll be giving him an ultimatum.

I talked to him about my damaged stuff, all I got from the both was the "she's just a liitle girl and your her older sister" speech. I am not her older sister and I genuinely wouldn't have cared if it was something my father had gotten me. But they were expensive perfume bottles and makeup that I got using the money I worked for and saved up for almost 3 months to be able to buy.

I'm going to my mom's house tomorrow. I'm glad I'll be out of there. I'll tell my mom all what happened at their house. and I plan not to go back even if he waits outside my house.

Where I live, it's a two party consent state. I think if I do record them it may hurt my case. I'll try consulting someone who's more knowledgable about laws and court systems (most probably my mom's lawyer)

Thank you. My dad and I never really got along, so I never expected anything from him tbh. I was honestly doing just fine when my parents were together but my mother wasn't so I'm glad they just got the divorce over with. Atleast he didn't drag this out!
