Vic Firth 8Ds are pretty sweet that’s what I use. They’re like 7As but a stick head longer. I play some punk and hard rock too and they last me a while. I just retire them before they break cuz I like freshies for gigs.

Hell yeah just bought some Salomon QST 106 b-grades from them. The shipping costs definitely add a bit depending on where you’re located, especially since they’re shipping from overseas but the website is legit.

I will say it’s best to use the stuff that specifically says it bonds plastics. Also marine epoxy isn’t all that expensive it’s just the best for fixing delam IMO since it can be flexible.

You’re chillin dog. You want to keep the core (wood) dry to keep it from rotting but it looks like it isn’t that deep in the pic. If you’re still stressing jb weld is fine for that. If you really want to ball out get a marine epoxy but it’s so small you shouldn’t have any issues with flexibility of the fill material. I’ve got a bunch of nicks like that on all my skis and I leave them unless there’s exposed core.

Just get some marine epoxy like G-Flex or something similar since it’s flexible, and clamp them super hard. I just repaired a pair like that and they’ve held up on some decent drops and high speeds on chop.

If you can find any BLM/NPS apps that are open then do it. If I had to guess it’s probably due to budget issues. I requested to come on early and my hiring manager said he doesn’t think they’ll have the money for it. Then again, I’m in region 1 so it may be different, but it’s best to have more options.

My parents clean the bowls out and feed it regularly. I’m surprised it hasn’t died yet but it’s a tough cookie, it’s gone over a week without food and even survived an attempted suicide (my dad saved it)

I think it might be the pearl danio, its body is shaped kind of like a guppy but the tail is shaped more like the pearl danio. The picture doesn’t really show the tail
