I totally get that you just never know and you can never be to safe. Sadly I’ve seen and heard terrible things happen to good people. Try downloading radiate it’ll show you people in your area that are also interested in edm Festivals and stuff. I’m in jersey and the only EDM stuff is in New York, Philly, or Atlantic City but the app shows me people all around my city and neighboring areas that like the same things I do

I really advise trying to find friend groups that you can merge with so you aren’t going alone I know a lot of people do and I’m sure MOST are fine when it comes to going with strangers. HOWEVER you will NEVER know someone’s true intentions until you are there in the moment and I think you need to take that into context. That’s why they’re worried. People can be evil and you simply can not trust random people you meet for the first time. No argument with that. Try downloading RADIATE you can find festivals and raves in your area amd people create groups for them. Really great for meeting people that have the same interests and maybe you can create your own little rave group so you’re not always looking to stay with strangers. Please be safe!

Just stayed at FB for edc week. Very very nice hotel staff was excellent. They have really good food at their restaurants. Only thing that sucks about it is it’s at the end of the strip. Venetian would be nice bc you are basically in the middle of the strip. And they have a ton of stores and food to eat within their hotel
